Is the Wild Coast accessible with a caravan? +

Most of the Wild Coast proper is not accessible with a standard caravan. The roads are gravel or tracks, often steep and narrow. The camps at Coffee Bay and Port St Johns have vehicle access but the sites are basic. A roof tent on a 4x4 is the more practical format here.

Do I need to book Addo Elephant Park in advance? +

Yes. Addo fills up over school holidays and long weekends. SANParks bookings open months in advance. Midweek camping outside peak season is generally available with one to two weeks notice.
