About Kampreneur

Kampreneur is a free, bilingual directory of South African camping, caravan, 4x4 and outdoor businesses. Our goal is simple: make it easier for SA campers and overlanders to find the services and spots they need, and give small outdoor businesses a place to be found without paying for listings.

We list campsites, caravan parks, 4x4 trails, outdoor gear shops, tow-bar fitters, caravan repairers, gas suppliers, and more - from the Eastern Cape to Limpopo. Every listing is free, and business owners can claim their listing at any time to keep their contact details accurate.

Who we are

Run by a team of SA campers, since 2026. We built this because we kept running into the same problem on the road: scattered information, outdated phone numbers, and directories that cost money to list in. We decided to fix it ourselves.

Our data

Directory data is seeded from public sources and kept up to date by business owners who claim their listings. All imported listings are clearly marked as such and include a link back to the original source. If your business is listed incorrectly or you want it removed, use our takedown request form - we aim to respond within 24 hours.
